For those who were not as active physically as they used to be during the MCO and recently started your Fatloss journey back at the gym, understand that it took the whole of mco to end for you to gain the weight that you’ve probably did which is completely okay as this is just one of the many set backs you’ll face along your journey.
What you need to keep in mind is to not rush into things and end up injuring your self or making self destructive decisions that may hold you back for a longer time.
This is just like every other time that you’ve faced obstacles while trying to achieve your fitness goal,
Take a breath , start planing your routines and diet once again and restart as if your still a beginner there is no shame in that.
